Today's postcard features Davóne at last week's spectacular virtual Gala when he performed "The Cold Song" from Henry Purcell's King Arthur. Accompanied by Adam Nielsen, Davóne's stirring performance was recorded at the Williamsburg Music Center, a Black-owned jazz venue in Brooklyn - owned and operated by jazz legend Gerry Eastman, brother of the late composer, pianist, vocalist and dancer Julius Eastman.
I know that Davóne is looking forward to getting to know you, our audience, and to seeing you in person very soon. Please join me in welcoming him to the Philharmonia family! Видеоклипы
His concentration is so intense he is able to produce a stunning range of powerful sounds. bravo!
What a tremendous voice this young man has !!!
Just beautiful 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
He’s so beautiful!
What a rich voice!
This is the coolest rendition of "The Rise of the Cold Genius" I've ever heard (no pun intended.) Mr. Tines your voice is so beautiful!
Amazing delivery on that song. He delivered it masterfully. I also heard it sung by Klaus Nomi but in a higher key.
This was a masterful performance by you both. Adam I have no idea how you got those colors out of a piano.. Or was this a pianoforte or something? Just brilliant! Davóne I love how you handled all of it especially the middle section. Kudos to you both.
Powerful.
Beautiful performance 👏🏾
👏🏻 💜💐
Mooi!
He has FAS/FASD
Funny. But not funny. Well sung, but so dark. Too academic, could use some humor.
